TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
​
A 15% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Please use your full name as the reference when making the deposit and email a screenshot of the transaction to admin@ykhairandbeauty.com.au..

The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the appointment.
Any destination weddings must pay their travel fee 6 months prior and the remaining balance as per above.
Alternatively, payments can be made via cash on the day of the booking.
Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit and agreement is received.

We travel for a minimum of 4 services.
​
​ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Travel is included in your quote.

15% surcharge applies to bookings on public holidays​

Assistant; dependant on your ready time and the bridal party numbers we may need to arrange an assistant, this will be included in your quote. ​
​
TOUCH UP KITS​
Touch up kits will be handed out on the day of your wedding.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellations made less than 2 months prior to your wedding date will require 100% payment.
If there are any changes to your booking please let us know asap, unfortunately if someone drops out within 2 months , their spot can be filled by someone else as it is non-refundable.
